I graduated in dietetics from the Medical University of Lublin and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). I gained professional experience working in dietary clinics – conducting individual consultations for adults and children, designing menus tailored to their health status, food allergies and intolerances, and physical activity levels. I constantly expand my knowledge by attending scientific conferences and courses, including those in the fields of psychodietetics and sports nutrition. I have experience in nutritional education for children and adolescents, which I gained by participating in a research project coordinated by the Polish Society of Dietetics. Dietetics is not only my profession, but above all, a passion I have been pursuing for many years. I believe that nutritional education, and the resulting awareness and knowledge I strive to impart to my patients, can contribute to lasting changes in eating habits. This is important not only for improving appearance and well-being, but most importantly, for improving health, preventing, and treating diet-related diseases. In my daily work, I encounter a wide range of nutritional challenges—from the desire to lose a few extra pounds to more serious health issues. Every patient, regardless of their goal, is provided with ongoing care and constantly motivated to change their current lifestyle and persevere in their resolutions.
